Current Employment Opportunities

Candidates would be responsible for successfully selling electronic components into various industry segments, customers and territories. 

This position offers a competitive base salary and commission with an unlimited earning potential. Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous successful sales experience in the semiconductor or microelectronics industry. This is a full time remote working position for candidates outside the Tampa Bay area. For local candidates you will be required to commute daily to our Oldsmar, Florida office. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining an active customer base.
  • Meet established goals, budgets, and objectives established by management.
  • Outbound phone call to develop new leads/prospects.
  • Establishing relationships with buyers/management at OEM/CEM/EMS’s. 
  • Manage incoming requirements and quoting procedures.
  • Coordinate all customer order transactions and order management.
  • Using custom designed proprietary market analysis software as well as Microsoft Dynamics & Business Central. 
  •  Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of at least 1-5 years of successful general sales experience or experience within the franchised or independent electronic distribution is preferred.
  • Committed to quality and customer service. 
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to make proactive decisions and handle customer service-related issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with an attention to detail. 
  • Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central experience a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting OEMs and EMS (Manufacturers) for excess and obsolete electronic product inventory lists via phone and email.  
  • Heavy outbound B2B phone calls to prospective OEM and EMS companies to negotiate the purchase of products once lists are received. 
  • Email marketing of products to potential buyers. 
  • Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn and Zoominfo for prospecting and lead qualification. 
  • Conduct in-depth product research and leverage data analytics to track market trends and analyze pricing dynamics. 
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing suppliers. 

 Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Outbound prospecting experience. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central experience a plus.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow their career in accounting within a supportive, fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to commute daily to our Oldsmar office. This is not a remote working position. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Assist with weekly payables, including preparing check runs and wire/ACH payments. 
  • Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve any billing discrepancies. 
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for AP records. 
  • Support month-end and year-end closing tasks related to accounts payable. 
  • Handle confidential financial information responsibly. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • 1-2 years Accounting experience required. 
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail and high transaction experience necessary. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Business Central, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

Are you a motivated self-starter looking to begin or advance your career in business development and sales? We’re seeking an entry-level Business Development Associate to join our team. 

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an interest in B2B sales, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, team oriented environment. You’ll work closely with our Inside Sales Executives to identify opportunities, develop leads, and support customer account management efforts. 

Candidates must be able to commute daily to our Oldsmar office. This is an on-site role and not a remote position.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understand customer needs and develop pre-sales opportunities for Inside Sales Executives. 
  • Support customer account management and quoting activities. 
  • Schedule conference calls for Inside Sales Executives to connect with qualified prospects. 
  • Outbound B2B phone calls to customers and prospects. 
  • Online research utilizing Zoominfo and other tools to identify new business opportunities and prospects. 
  • Pre-qualify leads and hand off opportunities to the Inside Sales team. 
  • Assist with quoting, reporting and follow-up as needed. 

 Job Requirements:

  • One year or more prior B2B sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience. 
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Comfortable making B2B outbound calls. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn. 
  • Works well independently.
